What type of aluminium do you print on?
We print onto 3mm AluPanel / Dibond.
How big can my board be?
Your board can be as big as you wish, there are no restrictions. However, boards are supplied at a maximum sheet size of 8x4ft (2438x1219mm), any board printing orders larger than this will be split into sections.
What is AluPanel?
AluPanel is the brand name for a type of composite aluminium panel. It is made from two sheets of aluminium which are sandwiched over a polyethylene core. The benefit of this is that the signs are lighter and more economical to produce. Our AluPanel signs are 3mm thick with two aluminium sheets of 0.30mm each.

How do I display an aluminium sign?
Aluminium signs are typically displayed by pre-drilling them and then hanging or screwing them. However, you can also frame the aluminium sign for an impressive display. We recommend that you consider your display method before creating the design for your aluminium sign so screw holes don’t interfere with your graphics.
What resolution do you print aluminium signs at?
We print at high resolution 1440dpi in full colour.

How do I order an aluminium sign?

What format should my artwork be in?

Can I upload more than one image per order?
If you’re ordering more than one aluminium sign of the same size, and have various pieces of artwork to supply, our uploader will allow you to add as many images as you need to complete you order.
Can you colour match?
Our printers produce CMYK images and artwork supplied in this format will be printed with the colour values stated. We do offer a personalised colour matching service please contact our sales office for more information and pricing.
Can you edit my artwork?
Yes, we can make amendments to your artwork. For this you will need to select one of our design services, which will allow for approx 1 hour or 2 hours design time depending on the package you choose.
Can I collect from store?
If it is convenient for you to collect or arrange collection from our factory in Manchester, you can select this option during the checkout process.
