What is Correx?
Correx is the brand name for polypropylene fluted board, which is a type of corrugated plastic. It is very lightweight, durable, and waterproof. Correx is very popular for temporary outdoor signs.
How big can my board be?
Your board can be as big as you wish, there are no restrictions. However, boards are supplied at a maximum sheet size of 8x4ft (2438x1219mm), any board printing orders larger than this will be split into sections.
How thick is your Correx board?
Our Correx board is 5mm thick for extra durability.
Can I use a Correx sign outdoors?
Our printed correx signs use weatherproof inks and are suitable for outdoor use.
How do you drill holes into your Correx boards?
Drill holes are placed 20mm in from the corners using an 6mm drill bit. Please ensure important information on your artwork avoids these areas.
Can you cut Correx boards to a custom shape?
Yes! We ask that you provide cut paths with your artwork file for our cutter to follow. Your artwork and desired shape must also be suitable for Correx, however we will always advise if not.
Why use Correx?
Correx is a good choice for temporary signs or signage campaigns with a low budget. It is widely used for cheap outdoor signs. If you need a more lasting sign, then aluminium signs may be more suitable. For indoor signs, it might be better to consider foam board printing as it has a smoother finish.
How do I display Correx signs?

Can I upload more than one image per order?
If you’re ordering more than one correx board of the same size, and have various pieces of artwork to supply, our uploader will allow you to add as many images as you need to complete you order.
Can you colour match?
Our printers produce CMYK images and artwork supplied in this format will be printed with the colour values stated. We do offer a personalised colour matching service please contact our sales office for more information and pricing.
Can you edit my artwork?
Yes, we can make amendments to your artwork. For this you will need to select one of our design services, which will allow for approx 1 hour or 2 hours design time depending on the package you choose.
Can I collect from store?
If it is convenient for you to collect or arrange collection from our factory in Manchester, you can select this option during the checkout process.
