What are self-adhesive wall graphics?
Our self-adhesive vinyl graphics are made from a thin film. They are recommended for use on properly prepared smooth surfaces only. The suitability for each vinyl will depend on the finish you are looking for, the application, and the amount of time intended for its use. Our one-piece wallcovering and premium high-tack Mactac WW300 allow for application on more difficult surfaces.
How do I install a self-adhesive wall graphic?
- Firstly, make sure the surface you’re using has been rubbed down to be as smooth and flat as possible - even fresh paint has a texture!
- Ensure the surface is clean of dirt, dust, grease, and any form of contamination.
- Use masking tape to position your vinyl where you want it. Peel off the backing layer and apply to vinyl the surface.
- Use a squeegee to gently remove any air bubbles, whilst taking care to not damage or stretch the vinyl in the process.
- Allow the vinyl to adhere for 24 hours.

How big can you print wall graphics?
We can print any size you require, but it may be split into sections. How wide we can print in one piece depends on the material being used. The roll widths (at industry standard) are as follows:
- Premium High Tack (Mactac WW300) - 1350mm
- Standard Vinyl - 1350mm
- Transparent Vinyl - 1350mm
- Easy Remove Vinyl - 1350mm
- One-piece wallcovering (Rafa Canvas) - 3100mm (wall height)

How do I order the correct size?
Simply measure the area you wish to fill and enter this on our website using your preferred unit of measurement. Please note, it is advisable to order your vinyl a few millimetres larger than you require in order to account for any surface deficiencies. You can then simply trim any excess that there may be once installed. We also advise that there may be up to a 3mm size tolerance on your finished vinyl. This can be due to a variety of factors such as trimming, temperatures, and lamination.
What is Premium High Tack Self Adhesive Vinyl?
Our Premium High Tack Self Adhesive Vinyl is the best vinyl material available on the market - Mactac WW300. It is a long-term, high-density, grey-backed opaque vinyl with a strong adhesive that will adhere to most difficult surfaces. Any transparent areas on your artwork will be unprinted white unless those areas are removed with contour cutting.
What is Standard Self Adhesive Vinyl?
Standard Self Adhesive Vinyl is a medium-term, opaque white vinyl for a print with no transparency, suitable for well-prepared wall surfaces only. Any transparent areas on your artwork will be unprinted white unless those areas are removed with contour cutting.
What is Transparent Self Adhesive Vinyl?
Transparent Clear Self Adhesive Vinyl is a medium-term, semi-transparent vinyl that when printed will remain transparent through the ink. It is suitable for well-prepared wall surfaces only. No white ink will be printed, so any white areas on your artwork will be clear unless those areas are removed with contour cutting.
What is Easy Remove Self Adhesive Vinyl?
Our Easy Remove Self Adhesive Vinyl is a short-term, opaque white vinyl for a print with no transparency. It is perfect for temporary graphic requirements, such as exhibitions and events where wall space is rented, as the vinyl will stick perfectly but will easily remove leaving no residue or damage to the surface underneath. Any transparent areas on your artwork will be unprinted white unless those areas are removed with contour cutting.
What is One-Piece Wallcovering?
Our One-Piece Wallcovering, also known within the industry as Rafa Canvas, is exactly what it says on the tin - a slightly textured canvas material with a matt finish that covers an entire wall in one piece. This allows for a perfect no-join finish, and the slight texture means it can hide surface descrepencies on poor walls. It is supplied in a roll, and can be applied using strong wallpaper adhesive which is applied directly to the wall before installing your wallcovering afterwards. The material is white, so any transparent areas on your artwork will be unprinted white.

What wall surfaces are suitable for wall graphics?
Generally, self-adhesive wall graphics are recommended for use on smooth, flat surfaces that have been properly prepared beforehand. Can you help me to design my wall graphic?
Yes! Our design team can work with any designs or assets that you may already have, or they can design a bespoke image from scratch with your guidance.
How do I clean wall graphics?
Once installed you can safely clean you wall graphic with soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth.
Will the wall graphic get scuffed or scratched?
Our vinyl wall graphics are scratch and scuff resistant and should remain mark free for years to come if cared for properly.
What format should my artwork be in?
Please read our guidelines for supplying artwork.
Can I upload more than one image per order?
If you’re ordering more than one wall graphic of the same size, and have various pieces of artwork to supply, our uploader will allow you to add as many images as you need to complete your order.
Can you colour match?
Our printers produce CMYK images and artwork supplied in this format will be printed with the colour values stated. We do offer a personalised colour matching service please contact our sales office for more information and pricing.
Can you edit my artwork?
Yes, we can make amendments to your artwork. For this you will need to select one of our design services, which will allow for approx 1 hour or 2 hours design time depending on the package you choose.
Can I collect from store?
If it is convenient for you to collect or arrange collection from our factory in Manchester, you can select this option during the checkout process.
