I ordered posters and a PVC banner. I had some instructions for the banner and I got an immediate message from the team to clarify them to ensure we got exactly what we needed. They delivered superbly. The posters looked great and the banner looked great. They were to be used for charity fundraising and without them I would not have been able to draw as much attention and awareness as I did. I did try a few other "we print super-size artwork" printers and they were, at best, no good [ over a week later, two of them I have yet to hear back from!]
Big Art and Banners were the only one I found to whom I could email the file directly and not have to faff around uploading it to some other "thing" and who were good enough to contact me to suggest someting of which I'd not even thought.
The end result, despite my questionable graphic design skills, is outstanding and work is well underway on the next project. I wouldn't, now, use or reccomend anybody else!
