Why use a scaffold banner?
Scaffold banners are an effective way of using existing scaffolding structures as a highly visible outdoor advertising medium.
What type of material is used for scaffold banners?
Our scaffold banners are printed on 2 different materials:
330gsm Mesh Banner - Perforated PVC mesh banner material perfect for outdoor advertising where wind and weather might be an issue.
720gsm PVC Banner - We can also print scaffold banners on solid 720gsm PVC banner material, which allows them to be printed double sided if required. This material must be chosen with the understanding that weather conditions may shorten the lifespan of your banner as this will catch the wind rather than allow it to pass through.
What resolution are your scaffold banners printed at?
We print all our scaffolding banners in full-colour at 1440dpi.
Are scaffold banners weatherproof?
The 330gsm mesh banner can be used outdoors, even in rain, snow, wind, or sunshine. The PVC itself is waterproof. The inks we use are fade resistant and waterproof. The 720gsm blockout PVC is a solid material and does not allow wind to pass through, so is more likely to encounter issues in bad weather.
How do I display the scaffold banner?
Banners can be fitted with eyelets and hung with bungee cords, or they can be fitted with pole pockets.
What size are the eyelets?
Our nickel plated eyelets are 11mm in diameter.
What are pole pockets?
Pole pockets allow you to display your banner on poles or a bracket system. The pockets can be put on any side of the banner. When ordering a banner with pole pockets, you will be given options for choosing where you want the pockets and the pocket size (50mm or 100mm). Pole pocket size is based on flat pocket measurement.
How do I order a banner?
To place an order online, simply select your options and upload your artwork, or choose our design service on this page and proceed through checkout.
Can I upload more than one image per order?
If you’re ordering more than one banner of the same size, and have various pieces of artwork to supply, our uploader will allow you to add as many images as you need to complete you order.
Can you colour match?
Our printers produce CMYK images and artwork supplied in this format will be printed with the colour values stated. We do offer a personalised colour matching service please contact our sales office for more information and pricing.
Can you edit my artwork?
Yes, we can make amendments to your artwork. For this you will need to select one of our design services, which will allow for approx 1 hour or 2 hours design time depending on the package you choose.
Can I collect from store?
If it is convenient for you to collect or arrange collection from our factory in Manchester, you can select this option during the checkout process.
