We only use the best materials to create our mesh banners – lightweight, durable mesh fabric and high quality eco-solvent inks that are waterproof and fade resistant to ensure your banner will stay bright and vibrant for many seasons to come, even outdoors. The perforations in the specially designed mesh fabric allow air to pass through our mesh banners, preventing gusts of wind from damaging either the banners or the structures that they are attached to. Our mesh banners are finished with a reinforced hem around all sides and brass eyelets are fitted every 2ft as standard.

Artwork Guidelines

Hints & Tips when creating your Mesh Banner file:

• Keep any important information at least 3cm away from the edge of the banner, if selecting a hemmed edge and eyelets. This avoids any information being “chopped off” during manufacture.
• Ensure your artwork dimensions match the size of the banner you are ordering. This will prevent any unsightly stretching and distortion of your artwork.
• Although mesh banner is a very forgiving material, it is best to ensure that your artwork is set up to at least 150DPI. Consider the file qualities of any logos, icons, and photographs. If they are pixelated on your screen, they will be even more so when printed at a large scale. If your banner is to be viewed from a distance, pixelation becomes less of an issue.
• Recommended file types for best results: PDF, PDF/X

Mesh Banner Printing FAQs

Why use a mesh banner?

Mesh banners are made from perforated PVC. The holes in the PVC allow wind to pass through the banner, so it or the structure it is attached to do not get damaged.

What type of material is used for mesh banners?

Our mesh banners are printed on perforated PVC. The material is very durable and tear-resistant.

What resolution are your mesh banners printed at?

We print in full-colour at 1440dpi.

Are mesh banners weatherproof?

Mesh banners can be used outdoors, even in rain, snow, wind, or sunshine. The PVC itself is waterproof. The inks we use are fade resistant and waterproof.

How do I display the mesh banner?

Banners can be fitted with eyelets and hung with bungee cords, or they can be fitted with pole pockets.

What are size are the eyelets?

Our nickel plated eyelets are 11mm in diameter.

What are pole pockets?

Pole pockets allow you to display your banner on poles or a bracket system. The pockets can be put on any side of the banner. When ordering a banner with pole pockets, you will be given options for choosing where you want the pockets and the pocket size (50mm or 100mm). Pole pocket size is based on flat pocket measurement.

How do I order a banner?

To place an order online, simply select your options and upload your artwork, or choose our design service on this page and proceed through checkout.

Can I upload more than one image per order?

If you’re ordering more than one banner of the same size, and have various pieces of artwork to supply, our uploader will allow you to add as many images as you need to complete you order.

Can you colour match?

Our printers produce CMYK images and artwork supplied in this format will be printed with the colour values stated. We do offer a personalised colour matching service please contact our sales office for more information and pricing.

Can you edit my artwork?

Yes, we can make amendments to your artwork. For this you will need to select one of our design services, which will allow for approx 1 hour or 2 hours design time depending on the package you choose.

Can I collect from store?

If it is convenient for you to collect or arrange collection from our factory in Manchester, you can select this option during the checkout process.
