Where can I use One-Way Vision Perforated Window Graphics?
You can use our window graphics on any window indoors or outdoors. Because One-Way Vision Perforated Window Graphics reduces visibility on one side and allows you to see through the window from the other, it can be used for additional privacy, such as on office windows.
How do I install One-Way Vision Perforated Window Graphics?
Follow these steps for perfect perforated window film installation:
- Firstly, make sure the surface you’re using is clean of dirt, dust, grease, and any form of contamination. You can do this by mixing some warm water and washing up liquid to wipe the area clean.
- Wet the surface area where your vinyl is going.
- Peel off the backing layer of your vinyl and position it how you want it. The wet surface will allow you to easily move your vinyl around and place it into the correct position.
- Use a squeegee to gently remove any liquid and air bubbles, whilst taking care to not damage or stretch the vinyl in the process.
- Allow the vinyl to dry for 24 hours.
We also offer a professional installation service which is ideal for large or complicated wall graphic designs, and all of our work is guaranteed for 2 years.
How do I order the correct size?
Simply measure the area you wish to fill and enter this on our website using your preferred unit of measurement. Please note, it is advisable to order your vinyl a few millimetres larger than you require in order to account for any surface deficiencies. You can then simply trim any excess that there may be once installed. We also advise that there may be up to a 3mm size tolerance on your finished vinyl. This can be due to a variety of factors such as trimming, temperatures, and lamination.
What size are the perforations?
The perforations are approximately 1mm in diameter, with approximately 5mm of vinyl before the next perforation.
Will the window graphic block light?
Our window graphics are perforated, so they still do let light pass through. However, they will block some light. This makes window graphics good for reducing glare and heat. Your artwork, size of the vinyl, lighting, and location of installation can also affect the performance of perforated vinyl.
