Sail flags are eye-catching, inexpensive, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They are made from a sturdy knitted polyester (or we make a version that is made from an aero mesh material that is ideal for flags used in high winds or exposed areas) and professionally printed using durable inks that won’t fade or scratch, making them a great choice for long term usage. Because our sail flags are quick and easy to assemble and to store away they are also a great option for occasional use too.

Sail Flags FAQs
Can sail flags be used outside?
Yes, they are specifically designed to be used outdoors but look great in large indoor spaces too. The solid frame is sturdy enough to cope with most winds, and the choice of base and flag material mean they can be made to suit the environment that you intend to display them in. Flags are a temporary form of signage and are generally designed to withstand wind speeds up to 18mp/h (29km/h), Beaufort scale 4. To prolong their life, we would advise taking down outdoor banners where wind speeds exceed this or extreme weather conditions are forecast.
We use a Dye sublimation printing process which transfers the dye directly into the fabric weave to produce longer lasting, vibrant graphics that slows down the fading process.
If flags are being left outside all year round then this will quicken the process, as will washing. As this is the nature of fabric products and can't be avoided, any fading is not covered by our 2 year guarantee.
How long do sail flags last?
They are guaranteed for two years but can last much longer if cared for and stored properly. You can also buy replacement flags without having to buy a new frame.
What is included in the sail flag package?
The package includes the frame, one flag, a base option of your choice, and a carry and storage case. Alternative flags can be printed at extra cost if needed.
Can I use multiple images with the flag frame?
Yes! The flag frame has been designed to be used with interchangeable flags.
How do I order a sail flag?
You can place your order online by selecting your required options and uploading your artwork (or by choosing our design service) and then proceeding to checkout.
What format should my artwork be in?

Can you edit my artwork?
Yes, we can make amendments to your artwork. For this you will need to select our graphic design service which allows for up to 30mins of our in-house designers time.
Can I collect from store?
If it is convenient for you to collect or arrange collection from our factory in Manchester, you can select this option during the checkout process.
